Custom-made, personalized, altered, or made-to-order items are created specifically for individual customers.

- All such sales are final.
- These items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.
- Refunds will only be considered if the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
8. PRICING & PAYMENTS

House of Royal Styles is not responsible for courier delays after an order has been dispatched.

12. LOST PACKAGES
Where a courier officially confirms a package as lost following investigation, we may:

- Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion.
Customers must cooperate with any courier investigation process.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses supplied incorrectly by customers.

14. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Once verified, we will provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
